Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping is $4.60 for orders from $0.00 to $39.00.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders of $39.00 or more.

Express Shipping is available for $7.99.

Fulfillment and Shipping Origin

Orders may be shipped from our own facilities or from partner fulfillment facilities, depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination. Unless clearly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that every order will be shipped from a local warehouse.

Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at kefu@sxcbec.com with your order number. We will review the shipment status and help provide an appropriate solution.
